1Password does not accept Secret Key following Windows 10 install

I am attempting to reload 1Password in my PC w/ a new install of Win 10, but 1 Password does not recognize either (1) my Secret Key; or (2) my password -- it doesn't tell me which. It reads "Unable to sign in. Please check details provided.".

    Thank you for reaching out!

    If you are able to sign in to your account at 1Password.com, but not in the app, please try to use your Setup Code to sign in to your account in the app. Here is how you can do that:

    Get the apps (Windows)
