Bug: Once Set to One-Time Password; Can't Change to Password

1. Edit an existing Login
2. Under Section select One-Time Password as the type
3. Try to change it to Password and it pops back to One-Time Password
4. Selecting any other type works, but if you try to select Password it will pop to One-Time Password
