[Bug] [New Mini] - Pressing the Down Arrow Doesn't Scroll

In any of the list views, pressing "up" or "down" past the viewable area doesn't scroll the list view.

Thanks! I think I was hitting the same problem and opened issue #1276 this morning.

Are you able to use arrow-up and arrow-down after pressing arrow-left?

@roustem yes I am. Although holding down up/down causes mini to become unresponsive until it catches up.

This issue is related to the slow performance when holding down arrow keys to navigate the item list. It's fix is combined.
