Moving to Release version and check for updates

If I have the Beta installed (70000019) and I have unchecked the include beta builds box on the Updates tab in preferences am I changed to the release version now or do I need to delete the Beta and download again?

19 should actually be the release version, if you uncheck the "include beta builds" then the next one you should see is 7.0.1, which is pretty likely to be the case anyway.
