1Password does not open, even after fresh Windows install + 1Password reinstall

Recently I've reformatted my Windows 10 computer (MacBook), and I've had to reinstall 1Password. However, installing the latest version of 1Password works (no installation errors), however, when I try to open it, it says "1Password for Windows desktop has stopped working" with a button to close the program. When I press "X" or "Close Program" another window saying that "1Password for Windows desktop has stopped working" will pop up, ad infinitum.

I've restarted several times, checked all of my drivers, and I have the 1Password chrome extension installed (but it doesn't work.) I tried reinstalling 1Password, and restarting Windows Log Service; nothing worked yet. I have the most recent version of 1Password at the time of this writing (June 1st, 2018) as well as the 1Password Extension for Chrome, with all of the Windows 10 updates installed.

1Password was working perfectly fine before reinstalling Windows, except at one point it downloaded 2GB worth of 1Password "exe's" which I had to delete. Browser extension was working good as well.

How would I be able to fix or troubleshoot this?

Here is the thrown exception from Visual Studio's debugger:

System.AggregateException: 'A Task's exception(s) were not observed either by Waiting on the Task or accessing its Exception property. As a result, the unobserved exception was rethrown by the finalizer thread.'

COMException: Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {DCB00C01-570F-4A9B-8D69-199FDBA5723B} failed due to the following error: 80040154 Class not registered (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80040154 (REGDB_E_CLASSNOTREG)).

The address is at AgileBits.OnePassword.App.StartErrorLogging.AnonymousMethod__11_1(object, System.Threading.Tasks.UnobservedTaskExceptionEventArgs) and the exception occurs in the file called AgileBits.OnePassword.Desktop\App.xaml.cs
