Catastrophic Windows 10 Update [1Password team note: this forum only provides support for 1Password]

Received a mandatory Win 10 update but wondered why it took an hour to download before shutting down. When starting up the next day, it took an hour to install. Should have never started.
Now everything takes so long to start that I've kept it on sleep for the last two days and not take a chance in closing it down and not being able to open. The start button no longer works, IE won't load, etc. etc.
Haven't heard the update being this bad from Microsoft, even on their support site. It's made my Toshiba laptop almost unusable?

Please help.

I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.

Thanks!

    Hi @johntimber,

Thanks for writing in but I'm sorry, we can only provide support on 1Password. You'll have to get in touch with Microsoft and Toshiba about this issue.

Your best option is to revert to an early restore point and see if that'll get you back up and running.
