1 Password 7 Update error

Hi,

I get always the attached error message when 1Password tries to update itself via auto update.
Any ideas how to get rid of this issue?

Just recognized that the message is in German:
The Geramn part says File cannot be created as it is already existing.

A manual installation by the way works without issues,

1Password Version: latest
Extension Version: Not Provided
OS Version: Win 10 latest
Sync Type: Not Provided

    Thanks for reporting this.

    Do you by any chance have MalwareBytes installed? If yes, please read this for a quick workaround. MalwareBytes is working on fixing this on their end ASAP.

    If not, what do you use? This is often the anti-malware solution interfering with 1Password's installation.

    Good guess, yes, I am using Malware Bytes.
