Sync is not working on Windows when VPN is connected

Hello,

I've noticed that login I've added on Windows does not appear on my iPhone. Then I found the login in the "Offline Changes" folder.
Console window showed "network unavailable or not ready" error.
After disconnecting my VPN, Sync started working properly.

On macOS with same VPN Sync works perfectly.

As I remember I didn't experienced such problem in previous version of 1Password.

Are you by any chance using NordVPN or ProtonVPN on your Windows computer? The thing is that we identified an issue with these VPN providers and this issue will be fixed in the next beta update of 1Password 7. Please stay tuned.
