My Computer crashed ... I'm trying to sign in online and it wants a secret key.
I can't get to my account to find the secret key to sign in.

Thanks for writing in. I'm sorry to hear about your computer.
Were you using 1Password.com membership before or did you have 1Password 4 and used Dropbox? When you sign up for 1Password membership, it would've told you about the secret key since it is required to create a new account.
If you were using 1Password 4 before, you can download 1Password 4 for Windows from the bottom-right of this page: https://1Password.com/downloads/
You'll need to find 1Password vaults from your backups to restore and use it with 1Password 4.
