Hello,

I have noticed when 1Password is locked its using significant amount of CPU and GPU (the GPU utilization is spiking in 5s intervals approx.).
Its around 6% of CPU which is utilized constantly and 22% of GPU during spikes, this is observed during idle and locked 1Password application.

There is also running Edge extension but not actively used during these observations.

1Password version 7.1.567
Windows 10 version 10.0.17134.112
Computer Razer Blade (Late 2016) with connected NVIDIA 1080 Ti using Razer Core v1.

1Password Version: 7.1.567
Extension Version: Edge 7.1.565
OS Version: 10.0.17134.112

    Hi @martinpernica,

Thank you for reporting this! Are you using a local vault in 1Password 7?

If yes, please create a Diagnostics Report from your PC, so we could take a closer look at what is going on. Attach the Diagnostics Report to an email message addressed to support+windows@agilebits.com. You should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Support ID number. Please post that number here so we can track down the report and ensure that this issue is dealt with quickly. :)

Thank you very much in advance! I will be looking forward to your email.

    Cheers,
    Greg

@martinpernica: It sounds like an issue we are investigating then. Could you share a Diagnostics Report, as I've described above? It will be really helpful. :) Thank you!

    Cheers,
    Greg

  • Hi @martinpernica,

There's no need to send us the diagnostics report, it's a known bug with the lock view. It'll be fixed soon, you can read my detailed reply here: https://discussions.agilebits.com/discussion/comment/447911/#Comment_447911

I see this problem too. Usually happens if I leave the 1p app running when closing the laptop. After I sign back in I see 1p using about 25% CPU. Do you need any additional info from me?
