1Password 7 Mac Beta and Firefox?

Can we use 1Password 7 Beta with Firefox or do we have to wait for a future release?

When I click on "Install Browser Extension" in the 1Password 7 Preferences Safari opens https://agilebits.com/onepassword/extensions

When I open this link in Firefox instead (and select "Enable betas") Firefox installs the 1Password Beta 4.7.1.2 extension. However, using the cmd-\ shortcut then opens 1Password 6 instead of Password 7...

    @sage12: The 1Password app is separate from the browser, so you can use either the stable or beta release. The stable or beta extension is also fine, and you don't need to use the same "type" as the app. They can all work together. Multiple versions of 1Password, however, cannot work together. Please remove any extra copies to avoid running into issues like that. :)
