1Password Copy Breaks Until Restart
When using 1Password on Windows (2008 R2 Enterprise in my case), the 1Password (7.1.567 currently) copy icon will occasionally stop working. My only recourse is to reboot (or log out/back in) to get it working again. Copy/paste in general works, just not the 1Password copy icon. For example, I can edit the record and copy the revealed contents of the password.
Anyone else having this issue and know how to resolve this without having to logout/restart?
Additional information:
This happens about once every other day
Started doing this with 1Password 7.x
Using Microsoft RDP 10.x to connect to Windows 2008 R2 Enterprise from macOS Sierra
When I say logout, I mean actually logout, not just a disconnect from RDP
1Password Version: 7.1.567
Extension Version: Not Provided
OS Version: Windows 2008 R2 Enterprise
Sync Type: 1Password

FYI.. talking about the icon in the 1Password app.. not the copy operation available from the right-click menu of 1P mini.

Hi @ossiejhmoore,
Thanks for writing in.
We haven't heard of this before but that doesn't mean it may not be a bug. I've used RDP on Windows 10 machines and I didn't see any issues.
There isn't any code changes related to the copy icon between 1Password 6 or 7, did you mean from 1Password 4 to 1Password 7 when you said it started happening with 1Password 7?
If you exit 1Password via 1Password menu > Exit and restart, does it restore the function for the copy icon?

I sait it started with 1Password 7 because I have been using 1Password for years on the Mac & iPhone. I think I might have started with 1Password 7 on the Windows side. I will try using the 1Password menu option to exit and restart the next time it happens and let you know what happens.

Great, thanks for trying it and keep us informed of any progress. I'll try to see if I can reproduce it with other Windows machines.
