Installed but not working

Hello, I installed 1Password on my iphone and windows, but it isn't do the password for me. I still having to login on all my accounts normally. The only thing it is doing for me - is allowing me to open icon and copy paste password. Please help. I have tried everything. I know I must be missing a step. I emailed with no response.

I am sorry for the difficulties with 1Password!

First of all, please make sure to install 1Password extension in the browser, so you could use it to save and fill passwords on your Windows PC. You can find the guide on how you can do that here.

Also, here is how you can use 1Password on your iPhone:
