1Password for Windows does not show any vaults or logins

I have signed up for a trial of 1Password, and have installed the Chrome Extension, 1Password for Windows and the iOS app.

Online and in the iOS app I can see the vault with various login details. For the Chrome Extension and 1Password for Windows there are no vaults or logins available.

I have reinstalled the Windows app, reinstalled the Chrome Extension and restarted the PC. I have tried it with and without VPN turned on, but it is not making any difference. Please help!

@Alister: Thanks for reaching out! I'm sorry for the trouble. Have you enabled Travel Mode in the 1Password.com web interface?
