I downloaded app version 7 for Windows but can't seem to get it to accept my credentials. Any ideas?
I'm getting an error message indicating my username, master password or key are inaccurate but I'm confident I'm enter each of these correctly. I'm able to login to the website version no problem. Just not the app.

Well... it seems the issue has remedied itself? Yesterday it would not work but today seems to be ok. Maybe power down and fresh reboot of PC was the difference maker? Who knows. Glad it's working now. Carry on! :)

Are you using Dropbox or local sync? If yes, the issue may be that your vault was in the middle of syncing when this happened.
