I am now having this issue. Running macOS 10.15.7, Chrome Version 87.0.4280.88. 1Password X version 1.22.3. Please advise.

Hello @ag_ana I have a few times and I'm still having the issue. I've also disabled and re-enabled the chrome extension but had no luck.
