Watchtower: Zendesk Inactive 2FA
Hey all,
Watchtower in the Windows 10 version shows that I have one "Inactive 2FA"...a login for Zendesk. What I see is that Zendesk.com ITSELF does used 2FA, but that's only for owners/admins of Zendesk. I'm just a user. In fact, my only Zendesk login is at https://pcoservices.zendesk.com. Is there any way to differentiate subdomains from primary domains with Watchtower's 2FA feature? As it is, because I have a login for this subdomain, 1Password will forever show that I have ONE Inactive 2FA, even though that's not true.
Thanks in advance!
Chris

Hi @crispybishop,
Thanks for reporting this. We'll update this information soon. For now, you can add a tag named
2FA
and it'll remove that item from your list.0 -
Thanks Mike! That's a workaround I hadn't thought of. Hope you can guys can integrate this update!

@MikeT Did you guys every fix this?
I'm now experiencing the same issue for a different subdomain of Zendesk (https://multimarkdown.zendesk.com for the nvUltra Beta).

No, we haven't removed the subdomain from the 2FA list yet.

At this moment, yes, we still plan to. I am not sure what the delay is but we will reply back here if we can't.
