Completely Deleting and Reinstalling 1Password for Windows

Hi,

I'm having trouble logging in to the Windows App on one of my computers on a new 1Password account.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but it seemed to remember my settings from install to install.

I suspect that the problem arose because I installed the app on this computer and then changed my 1Password password.

Are there some settings files that persist after uninstalling the Windows app? What are their names and where are they?

The stand-alone Chrome browser extension is working fine on this computer, it is just the app.

    Thank you for reaching out!

    It sounds like you still have an old database in 1Password 7 on your PC. If you can sign in to your account on 1Password.com in the browser and have all of your data there, please follow the steps in this guide to start over with 1Password 7 and reset its database.
