Lost local storage during transfer on Android. Backed up in DB. Don't know how to sync.

Hey there, new to the forum and thanks in advance for the help.
I was transferring 100+ passwords from my Note 5 to new Note 9 that were saved locally. I backed them up in DB and then set up an online 1PW account.

However, when i went to try to sync the account from the Note 5 to the new online, it seemed to wipe my local storage out. would be devastating if all of those PW's were lost!

So two questions:

  • could the sync have wiped out the local storage on my note 5?
  • If so, how do I sync the back in DB back onto my new Note 9?

    Hey @spetasky! Welcome to the forum! :)

    Can you elaborate a bit on the steps you took? Does DB stand for Dropbox or database? Do you have a copy of your vault (1Password.agilekeychain) saved anywhere?
