Why is "Submit Logins" greyed out in 1P extension?

No way to change it in 1P itself; cannot select it in the extension. I presently have to hit enter for every login. Is this a bug or a new "feature"?

With 10.14's increased security, I don't think auto-submit works any more on Mojave. You have to submit manually after filling.

As @Karl Moskowski puts it, autosubmit is going away in the 7.2 release due to increased security on 10.14. Thanks for catching one reference that I missed in my previous pass at removing it.
