Are you referring to the my.1Password.com webapp or in the 1Password for desktop program?

Here's our guide on how to add the One-Time Password to any 1Password programs: https://support.1password.com/one-time-passwords/

For the website, it cannot scan the barcode, so you have to grab the textual secret and input it in a custom One-Time Password field.

If you're using 1Password X, it can scan the barcode for you.
