Newly purchased windows 1Password7 email license download link inactive.
Using Outlook 2010. Got the email sent from FastSprings checkout with the link to download the license but the link does not work. So far the $50 for the new license has only bought me several hours of frustration trying to get the software activated. Please help. Will be losing access to family member's computer that I am working on and then the upgrade will have actually broken a working system. How about a license that can be copied and pasted? Couldn't find any help on the forums or knowledge base.

Never mind. Weird sequence of nearly random clicks after opening email in browser did the trick. Sorry that I can't report the exact sequence.

I am sorry to hear you bumped into difficulties with our license email! Have you tried opening it in a different email client? Does it behave correctly there?
