Favicon not found for Citizens Access

The favicon from the following site is not found when creating a new logon ..

https://www.citizensaccess.com but the page does have a favicon link.

    Hi @mtissington,

    Thanks for reporting this, we don't have a Rich Icon for this site. I've added it to our list to fix.
