How do i edit auto save domains in 1Password 7.2.580 for PC

I need to edit the autosave domains in 1Password version 7.2.580 for PC with the Chrome 69 Browser extension.

Thanks for writing in.

You found the right place to edit the list of domains to exclude. You add or remove the top domain on each new line.
