Missing CLTJIT.dll file from .NET Framework

I got the following error randomly -

"C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\clrjit.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error."

I tried reinstalling only to get the same error during install. I even formatted/restored my PC only to get the same error again on install. See screenshot attached.

Hi @Watison,

Thanks for writing in. The error is not from 1Password but from .NET framework installed on your computer. Before you install 1Password, did you install .NET 4.6.1 or later?

Try uninstalling 1Password and install .NET 4.7.2 first from here. Reboot your computer and then install 1Password from our site.
