Cross-platform-sync not working
Hi everybody,
I recently figured out, that the entrys of my safe are not the same, depending on where I access them.
In the browser version, there are currently 315 "All Entrys". On iOS, there are 326 of them. On my Windows App, there are only 191 items.
Why is that and how can I get it work, so I can be SURE, all entrys are on all devices in the same version!
I am still in testing mode for 1password, and this is definetly an absolute no go!
All apps are on the newest available version, same goes for the browser (Vivaldi/Chrome on latest stable).
I hope, there is someone who can help with this bug.

Hi @qwertzqwertz,
Thank you for reaching out!
You are completely right, this is incorrect. To get a better idea of what is going on, I'd like to ask you to create Diagnostics Reports from your iOS device and Windows PC. This way we will be able to compare the two. Here is how:
Sending Diagnostics Reports
Attach your reports to an email message addressed to support+windows@agilebits.com.
Please do not post your Diagnostic Report in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your reports in our inbox. Thanks!
Cheers,

Hi Greg,
thanks for your reply.
I just sended the reports to the given address. Funny enough, in both reports, there are yet other item numbers for the primary vault in both reports. That is really odd.Greetings, Gabriel

@qwertzqwertz: Did you receive an autoreply with a Support ID in response to your e-mail? I'm not finding it using the e-mail address associated your forum account, so if you can share that Support ID here (not your e-mail), that'll help me track it down. Thanks!

@qwertzqwertz: FYI, I came across your e-mail as I was doing my rounds clearing out Windows tickets, so no need to find that ID and I'll be back with you via e-mail shortly. :chuffed:
