Need help setting up password 6 on laptop
I have password 6 for mac and windows on my mac. I want to setup 1password on a windows laptop. Can not figure out how to do it or how to get secret key

@jimcoxe: Did you purchase 1Password 6 specifically or do you have a 1Password membership? If the former, you likely have a license for 1Password 4 for Windows – 1Password 6 for Windows only supported 1Password memberships. 1Password 7 for Windows supports both 1Password memberships and standalone vaults, but it is a paid upgrade from 1Password 4.
Also, am I correct in thinking you were able to get everything up and running on your Mac? Once I know how you purchased 1Password, we can look to your Mac for other information we might need to get things set up on Windows, if you've got 1Password 6 for Mac up and running.

How can I find out about the purchase. I do not have any records. All I remember is that I paid for it for windows and mac. Yes I have it running on my mac on both the mac and windows sides. Also, on my iPhone and ipad

Sorry for the troubles and confusion! If you have 1Password running on your Mac on both the Mac and Windows sides, please create Diagnostics Reports from there, so we could take a closer look at your current setup:

Attach the Diagnostics Reports to an email message addressed to support+windows@agilebits.com and include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your report in our inbox. Let me know how it goes.
