Chrome Extension Not Working - "All Items" are there, "Logins" empty???

(sorry if this is a duplicate... i thought i posted this already but can't find the thread anymore)

Not sure what's going on. I have the chrome extension installed. The logins tab(?) is empty, however all of my logins are displayed in the "all items" tab(?). I'm assuming that it is because of this that I'm unable to use the extension to log into websites. The extension does seem to be working otherwise as it's asking me if I want to save login info every time I log into a site. I have just been ignoring the prompt though so as to not create duplicates. Please advise. Thanks!

    Thank you for reaching out! :+1:

    1Password extensions shows you the list of Logins based on the URL of the websites you are currently on. If you don't have any Login items saved for the website, 1Password extension will show you the empty list:

    Could you please make sure that you open the website you want to sign in to first and then open 1Password extension? Does the issue remain? Please let me know.

    You can also start typing the name of the site you want to open, 1Password will remove the URL matching filter and start showing you the whole Logins list matching your search in real time.
