Looking for icons above menu bar like 4.0

I was looking for the lock icon found on the 4.x version after converting to 7. I suspect turning on the icons is simple but I can't find the control to do it? The only way I can see how to lock 1Password is in a menu selection under 1Password?

1Password Version: 7.2.581
Extension Version: .2.581
OS Version: Win 10
Sync Type: stand alone

    Hi @wgale2760,

    Thanks for writing in.

If you are referring to a button to lock 1Password, it's on the titlebar next to the minimize button:

You can also right-click on 1Password icon in your notification tray area to select the Lock option or use the global shortcut; Windows + Shift + L to lock 1Password anytime.

    Thanks for the info.

I don't mind learning new controls on a application, and I understand why a UI needs to get updated for marketing purposes but you had a really nice UI on version 4. I wish some of that could come back. The size of the lock icon and its location has gone unnoticed for the last week I upgraded?? Are there no other icons on the title bar for quick access to functions?

    Hi @wgale2760,

We've modeled the overall 1Password experience on Windows to be consistent with all 1Password apps on other platforms. We have huge number of positive feedback from folks that are happy not having to deal with different UIs.

We are always improving the design and it will get better. Is there something specific that you want to see in 1Password 7?

Most folks usually do not need to manually deal with the lock, 1Password 7 has a much better auto-lock system and the need to manually lock 1Password is greatly reduced. We have no plans to add a quick function bar that 1Password 4 had, we have not received any requests like that in the past two years that we had this new design.
