1Password 7 I can see it updating and then it disappears and i cannot find it to install??

I saw I was still running 1Password 6 on my laptop (Window) and when I try to update to 7 I see it uploading and then everything disappears. How do I install the update?

Thanks for writing in.

Do you have an anti-malware solution that is not Windows Defender? It may have quarantine the 1Password files in the process.

Try this, it sometime helps:

1. If you still have 1Password 6 installed or running, exit 1Password via the 1Password menu > Exit
2. Download the 1Password 7 installer from here but don't run yet: https://1Password.com/downloads/
3. Close all web browsers and then run 1Password 7 installer, see if it works now.
