Sent an email but only received an automated response. Apparently, I need to have my account reset as I never saved the private key. I'm not thrilled with your new subscription model but need to try out the new version since the old one has stopped working on all other devices after I loaded the trial. Of course, I can't do that since I can't log in to the account that I forgot I set up at one point.
Can someone please help me reset my account and (hopefully) end this migration nightmare?
