Coming back to 1Password, have secret key but lost Master Password

I have decided to start using 1Password again but I do not have any record of my Master Password.

Furthermore I do not have any of the phones or other devices I used back in 2016 when I created the account. I do not need any of the data stored in the account so I am happy to have it all deleted.

How can I get my account back without the Master Password and no devices linked to my 1Password account?
