Hi @ACG_
It is currently taking a few days for us to get email responses out to everyone. Sorry about that. 1Password accounts are a subscription service. If you want to use an account that is going to require a subscription to unfreeze. If you’d like to continue to use 1Password without an account you can find instructions for that here:
How to move your data to a standalone vault to use 1Password without an account
The process requires either a Mac or Windows PC. 1Password for Android doesn’t currently have the functions necessary to migrate from an account to standalone.

Hi Ben
Thank you for your response.
You state "Android doesn’t currently have the functions necessary to migrate from an account to standalone." in other words, I can't export my Android account info to a standalone one? I need full functionality returned to my Android application. The instructions you linked is for Windows. I know I am unable to export my Android files to a Windows system as it has failed in the past when I tried.
Is there any information as to why this happened? I purchased the Pro account before the "cloud" subscription services went into effect. After they went into effect, I had no issues using my app on my phone. Now for some reason it is "frozen" almost seems like a heavy handed way to get me to "subscribe" to a subscription service. I understand that you might not be responsible/or have the answer but Its frustrating to have to go through this via PC/ phone.

Why can't my account be "unfrozen" when it was working fine? You were able to "freeze" it so you can therefore undo it. This should not be a technical impossibility.

Hi @ACG_. The 'account frozen' message you're seeing only applies to the 1Password membership you signed up for. Memberships require subscriptions, as Ben mentioned, and the standalone purchase of Pro features won't apply. The only way to unfreeze the account is to subscribe.
That said, the Pro features will apply to the standalone (Primary) vault that you're syncing from your PC using Dropbox or a WLAN server. Do you still have the Primary vault on your Android device, and if so, does it contain all of your data? Or is there data in the Personal vault that isn't saved in the Primary vault?

Hi Peri
I have information on my primary and personal vault. How would go about returning my mobile application to the stands alone pro status that I paid for?
