Lost authenticator, locked out.

Hi there,

I did a fresh reinstall on Windows 10 and after reinstalling 1Password I realised I didn't have access to the authenticator codes.

Help please!

Still locked out. No access to account to disable 2 factor authentication.

I'm glad you got it to work but yes, please do not use the authentication app and back it up if you can. Some authenticator lets you export the data securely to your cloud account with a separate key.
