i subscribed on my iphone to the yearly service but cannot find my recovery kit so i have no clue what my secret key is. i have been syncing with dropbox/icloud and wanted to migrate over. is there a way to reset my account so i can re-sign up online and not lose my vault?

    @blueicee408: If you're signed into your 1Password.com account on any devices currently, you'll be able to find the Secret Key there:

    Find your Secret Key or Setup Code

    But if you don't have anything stored in the account yet, there's no harm in starting over with a new one. In that case it would be best to contact us via email with the account details so we can help.
