How to sync my Android phone and Samsung laptop with recently bought update?

I just bought a standalone license (another license but that is another email to get help with that) update and my Samsung tablet and Android phone need to sync. How do I do that. They were ALL synced before.

@RondiL: Those both sound like Android devices and the latest upgrade for Android was free, so I'm not sure what might be giving you trouble here. Are these devices still syncing okay and you have a PC to bring on board or is nothing syncing at all?
