Upgraded from 1password 4 to 7, can't login on Surface Pro 3
A while ago I upgraded to a 1password account (previously using 1password 4 synced to dropbox).
Everything went smoothly on my phone and PC, synced everything across to my online vault.
However after installing 1password 7 on my Surface Pro 3 and uninstalling 4, it never asked me to link to my 1password online vault and wont let me choose a vault in the settings as its greyed out. It's just asking for my master password.
I cannot work out how to link the desktop program with the online account, I think because I had version 4 on here it is still trying to connect to my old vault using my master password. I uninstalled dropbox but that didnt help.
Any ideas?

Please try to follow the steps in this guide to reset the local database and start over with 1Password 7 on your Surface. You should be able to sign in to your account after that.
