simple question - I have 8 vaults that are listed under "all vaults" How do I add a ninth vault?

I've replied to your email about the same question, I'll copy the answer here:
It is not yet possible to do this within the 1Password for Windows program but we are planning to add this in a future update.
For now, you can create and manage your vaults for your 1Password account on your https://my.1Password.com site. For more information, we have a guide on this here: https://support.1password.com/create-share-vaults/
PS: For standalone users, you can create new standalone vaults via 1Password Menu > New Vault on this PC...
