1password on Ipad, a few questions

Hi from Italy, sorry for my english.
I need a utility to protect in the safest way some text files on my Ipad bought a couple of years ago (NOT jailbreaked).
Is it possible to lock the app with wich I write and keep my text files?
In case of theft does 1password resist to a jailbreaking or any other attempt to open my text folders in that app?

Thx

M

    Welcome to the forums, Myrkam!

You can use 1Password for a lot more than simply securing text files, but rest assured. Your data is safe in 1Password.

For freeform text like that in a text file, you can use a "Secure Note" item.

The data is encrypted with AES and cannot be accessed without your 1Password credentials.

We don't have an iOS demo, but please feel free to try the Mac or Windows version to get an idea of what kinds of data can be stored in 1Password. You can even sync the data securely between your iOS device and your computer:
