Browser extension
I am using Firefox. It is up to date. However, The extension is not responding when I click the web address. I am using version 7.3.642. My other laptop has the same setup but is working fine.

What's the actual versions of Firefox, 1Password Extension, and Windows are you using?

It happens in all browsers. Version is 64.0 (64-bit). 1 pasword 7.3.642. Windows 10 home

You've already rebooted your computer, right?
Can you open the main 1Password app, go to the Help Menu > Advanced > Reveal 1Password directory in Explorer and go into 1Password > app > 7. Do you see a file called 1Password.brain.exe in there?

No, I can't find that file.

What anti-malware solution do you use? It looks like something blocked 1Password from installing that file.
Try to uninstall and reinstall the 1Password 7.3.642 from here.
