Start over 1password 4 windows

in 1Password 4 for Windows

I need to reset 1Password 4 data and start over in windows 7 but I can't find the %LOCALAPPDATA%\1Password folder described in this link https://support.1password.com/starting-over/
Is there an alternative way to delete my 1password vault and start over?

    Thanks for writing in.

    1Password 4 does not have an internal database to reset; what you can do is delete the vault itself. To find the existing vault; open 1Password 4, go to the File Menu > Reopen 1Password Vault, you'll see the directory to that vault; use Windows' File Explorer to get there but before you delete the vault folder, be sure to exit 1Password 4 first.

    After that, open 1Password, it should return you to the welcome tour and let you create a new vault.
