Purchased 1Password today. It worked fine on my Windows 10 desktop but l keep getting an error when I try to use the same KEY on my Windows 7 laptop

Can you tell us what the error says?
Are you using the same 1Password version on Windows 7? It should be 1Password 4 for Windows on both computers.
In addition, do you have an anti-malware solution that could interfere with the network connections? If yes, try to disable it temporarily on the laptop and then try registering the key again.

I reloaded the software from the link in the email and applied the KEY, it worked this time. Thanks for the advice.
