Installing a 1Password3 Back-up to 1Password4

I am trying to install a 1Password3 (1Password 3 2015-12-22 131730 (637 items).agilekeychain_zip) back-up into 1Password4 (version 4.6.0.592). When I select to restore 1Password from backup I receive an error message which reads that 1Password has encountered a problem. Is there a way to restore this backup to 1Password4.

    Hi @rexford165,

    Did you submit the error report to us? We'd like to see the error, so we can fix it in a future update.

    For now, try this:

    1. Rename the backup file from 1Password 3...agilekeychain_zip file to 1Password.zip
    2. Extract this zip file, you should see a folder called 1Password come out of it. Rename this to 1Password.agilekeychain.
    3. Move this 1Password.agilekeychain folder to your Documents > 1Password directory.
    4. Open 1Password, go to the File Menu > Open 1Password Vault and select this Documents > 1Password > 1Password.agilekeychain folder.
