I am a new user. I copied the license correctly into the screen but it is saying invalid

in 1Password 4 for Windows

I have restarted 1password and still says invalid license. I believe am copying the text after the first dash, up until the file extension. I had used the demo version prior to purchasing the license.

    I also wanted to add (in case it helps you or anyone else) that it sounds like you may be copying only part of the license key, or perhaps the wrong thing. It will be groups of characters, beginning with "1P", and separated by hyphens. Cheers! :)
