Able to open vault but all password text is garbled

Options

I am able to open my vault in Windows, however all login data is garbled. Please assist.

    I see that you have an old version of 1Password installed (6.1.296d). Could you please try to install the latest version and try again? Does the issue remain after that? The latest one (6.2.333) can be downloaded here or go to Settings > Update > Check for updates.

    Let me know how it goes. Hopefully, decryption will be successful after that. Thank you!
