Is 1Password 4 still secure?

in 1Password 4 for Windows

Since 1Password 4 is no longer under developments on Windows, I was wondering if is it still secure (and if it will be sicure in the future - is it going to resolve any security issue that will be found in the future)

Current version: 4.6.1.620

Not able to move to 1Password 6 due to Local Vault usage

    Yes, to the best of our knowledge 1Password 4 is still secure.
    While we aren't adding new features to 1Password 4, it is receiving necessary updates and improvements to security.
