Problem with synchronizing between PC and smartphone with WLAN.

in 1Password 4 for Windows

I have an educational license. When I try to sync between PC and smartphone with WLAN (and secret code) I get the message: temporally no connection possible. Both devices are connected with same WLAN/Wifi. What can I do?

It has worked though for several years.

    If you are having trouble using the WLAN Server sync on your PC, please check every step in our troubleshooting guide, and let us know if it works for you after that.
