Master Password forgotten

I have the same problem as a few other posters I can not remember my password. I have my secret key, Help please. I'm OK with starting over if I can use the same email address. Thanks Bill

    Hi @BillOberst,

    For your security, we never store or have access to your Master Password, so we can't reset it — that's something only you can know. If you haven't done so already, you may want to check out our troubleshooting guide, which may help you to recover your Master Password:

    If you forgot your Master Password or you can’t unlock 1Password

    If you can't recover your Master Password, please send us a message to support+windows@1password.com and we will help you start over with a new 1Password account. Thank you!
