1Password4 to 1Password 7 - Import Vault and 1PIF Fail

Hi all,

I have used 1Password4 forever, but it is finally time to upgrade. I have signed up for a personal service and have Windows and Chrome extensions installed. Everything is working great except that I am unable to import 1Password4 Vault.

Errors

• Import vault fails with incorrect password despite being the correct password and confirmed by opening in 1Password4.
• Exported 1Password4 vault to 1PIF, but 1Password7 imports 0 items when the file has 150+ items.
• Exported 1Password4 vault to CSV, but 1Password7 has no option to import CSV.

• I have followed the help articles and have tried:

• Uninstalling 1Password4 after installing 1Password7

• Restarting 1Password7.
• Uninstalling and re-installing 1Password7
• One article referenced "transfer" option which I could not locate within the Windows application or website.

Existing vault is located on Dropbox which is synched across multiple devices (iOS, computer). Intent is to transition to 1Password cloud from Dropbox for synch.

I decided to finally upgrade because I had a similar problem with iOS 1Password application opening a new 1Password4 vault.
