Problem reinstalling 1Password

Just got Mac-Mini back from Genius Bar after they reistalled OS. Trying to reinstall 1Password. Entered all info from Emergency Kit which says secret key starts A3-6GLB4V. When I try to sign in, it says secret key for this email starts with A4-7FTS7Q. I then used emergency kit info to log into website and it accepted A3-6GLB4V key. How do I get the correct secret key without screwing everything else up on my Windows computer, iPhone and iPad?
